As it was reminded by the publisher, in their claim to the Moscow department of Federal Antimonopoly Service LLC Auchan and LLC Atak asked to cancel the decision and the order of the Antimonopoly Service that made them liable for violating the Trade Law.

Head of FBK Legal Financial investigations, Alexander Sotov in his interview to RBK commented upon the news that losses of Russian budget because of taxes unpaid and withdrawn abroad are estimated in dozens of billions of dollars. According to the magazine, to return back all the prescribed under the law, the authorities are to sign a contract with foreign colleagues on information exchange of bank accounts and information about their owners.

FBK wins GAZPROMAVIA tender for legal support

15 Aug 2011 — FBK was announced the winner of an open tender, held by an airline GAZPROMAVIA. According to the terms of the tender, FBK lawyers (FBK Legal) will conduct legal review of disputable legal relations between the company and Russian Federal Tax Service in Moscow region which occurred following the on-site tax audit of the company for 2008—2009 financial year.
